摘  要:通过对人工去除花药与花冠和人工去除花药留花冠2个处理进行调查,结果显示,芝麻去除花药和花冠后,结蒴率和相对结实率分别为0~10.0%和0~4.0%;去除花药留花冠后,结蒴率和相对结实率分别为14.29%~90.0%和3.18%~55.23%。花冠对芝麻异花传粉具有极其重要的作用,直接体现在有利于传粉昆虫的有效访问上,花冠的存在能够提高芝麻异花传粉的概率,使结蒴率和相对结实率分别增加14.29%~88.57%和2.54%~41.90%。The effects of corolla on insect-mediated cross pollination were studied in sesame.The results showed that the capsule setting rate (CSR) and relative seed setting rate (RSSR) of sesame were respectively 0--10.0 % and 0--4.0 % by means of artificial removing anther and corolla.After removing anther but existing corolla,the CSR and RSSR of sesame were 14.29%-90.0 % and 3.18%--55.23%, respectively.Therefore, corolla had the extremely vital role on sesame eross-pollination. Corolla was beneficial to insect effective visiting in the proeess of pollination, and increased sesame cross-pollina- tion probability,resulting that the CSR and RSSR of sesame increased 14.29 %--88.57% and 2.54%- 41.90 %, respectively.
