摘　　要：文章从研究高校共青团组织建设内容入手,分析新形势下加强高职院校共青团组织建设的必要性和可行性。以柳州职业技术学院为例,总结了当前高校共青团工作中存在的问题,提出活动项目化运作模式,重点分析总结了活动项目化的缘起、实践应用及成效等,为高职院校共青团建设和素质教育深入开展提供可参考的方法和途径。This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of strengthening the organization the Communist Youth League （CYL） in colleges and universities in the new situation.
