摘 要:高校购买教学资源是克服自身办学资源缺陷的有效举措,也是适应市场经济发展要求进行人才培养的有效途径。为找寻高校高尔夫办学的出路及更有效地实施高尔夫教育、培养高尔夫人才,采用文献资料法和访谈法,以上海M俱乐部为个案,考察了3所学校向其购买教学资源,进行高尔夫球课程教学,实施高尔夫教育、培养高尔夫专业人才及后备人才的办学模式,并对这一模式的特征、学校和企业的角色与关系、存在的经验与不足、完善的建议进行了思考与讨论,同时对个案的意义与启示进行了阐释。研究表明,购买教学资源的办学模式,遵从了学校承担,协商约定,合同管理,支付委托,监督考核,总结评估的运作模式。具有非完全市场化的购买、部分购买而非买断、非营利性的购买3大特征。个案为高校新兴专业或方向的生存与发展找到了一条有效的途径,为体育行业专业化人才培养的市场化、社会化发展提供了一种可行的思路,并丰富了高校培养体育后备人才的校企合作模式。Purchasing teaching resources is an effective measure for colleges to overcome the shortage of teaching resources and also a fruitful approach to cultivating talent according to the market mechanism. In order to find new ways for running golf education in colleges and universities and cultivating golf talent,this paper looks at M Club in Shanghai,from which three colleges purchased teaching resources. The paper analyzes this model of cultivating specialized and backup talent in golf,and discusses particularly its features,the role of colleges and enterprises and their relationship,successful and unsuccessful experiences,and ways of improvement,as well as its value and inspirations that it may provide. In the model,the college / university purchases,it and the club negotiate to reach agreements and enter a contract,it entrusts,after paying certain fees,the club to coach and monitor the teaching process,communicates with the club to keep updated,evaluates at the end of the semester,and makes corresponding adjustment according to the evaluation. This purchase model manifests three characteristics: partial marketization,partial purchase and non-profit purchase. This case study has found a solution for the survival and development of emerging specialties in college,offers a feasible approach to the marketization and socialization of the cultivation of specialized talent in sport industry,and provides a new perspective on the cooperation between colleges and enterprises.
