摘  要:本文通过含铬废革屑的水解得到多肽水解液,再利用多肽水解液与十二烷基苯磺酰氯反应制备皮革脱脂剂。通过正交实验设计,以脱脂棉布仿猪皮脱脂实验的脱脂率为实验指标,获得了含铬革屑制备皮革脱脂剂的最优条件,多肽水解液与十二烷基苯磺酰氯质量比7.5∶1,多肽水解液的波美度为22°Bé,反应p H=8,反应温度75℃。红外光谱证明多肽水解液与十二烷基苯磺酰氯进行了缩合,生成了相应的磺酰胺键。测试了新型脱脂剂的表面活性剂性能,其临界胶束浓度为2.6 g/L,乳化性和乳化稳定性良好。In this paper, the peptide hydrolysate was obtained by scraps. Then the leather deg reasing agent was prepared by hydrolysate and dodecyl benzene sulfonyl chloride. The optimal degreasing rate of degrease the hydrolyzation of chrome leather the reaction between the peptide condition was obtained using the cotton imitation pigskin as experimental index by the orthogonal experiment, which showed that the quality ratio of peptide hydrolysate and dodecyl benzene sulfonyl chloride was 7.5 : 1, the concentration of hydrolysate was 22° B e, the reaction pH was 8 and the reaction temperature was 75℃. Infrared spectrum proved that the condensation reaction was successfully carried out between the peptide hydrolysate and dodecyl benzene sulfonyl chloride. The surfactant properties of new degreasing agent were detected, which had the critical micelle concentration of 2.6 g/L and showed excellent emulsification and emulsion stability.
