摘　　要：高校腐败现象的存在影响了人才培养质量,也败坏了社会风气。文章分析了我国高校中高发的腐败问题及危害,论述了依法治国背景下高校反腐的重点、关键、核心,旨在为高校反腐提供新思路。Corruption in higher educational institutions has influenced the quality ot talent cumvauon, anu has degraded social conduct. This paper analyzes corruption in higher educational institutions and its harms. It also illustrates the focus, keys and cores of anti-corruption in higher educational institutions under the background of governing the country by law, hoping to provide new thoughts of anti-corruption in higher edu- cational institutions.
