多元文化背景下的人文素质教育

摘　　要：随着经济全球化的进一步推进,多元文化相互融合、相互影响已经成为社会潮流。它给大学生带来积极意义的同时,也产生了负面作用。人文素质教育应汲取中华传统文化的优秀资源;注重在多元文化融合中加强沟通对比,寻找共同优点;建设良好的校园文化,净化校园人文环境;利用社会和家庭力量,营造良好氛围,切实提升大学生的人文素质。With the rapid economic globalization, diversified cultures have integrated and interacted, which have both positive and negative impacts to college students. Therefore, it is urgent to eliminate the negative impacts and improve college students’ humanistic quality education. The paper proposed four possible ways to promote college students’ humanistic quality：enhancing the traditional cultural resources, seeking common advantages among diversified cultures,creating a healthy campus cultural environment, and combining social and family efforts.
