摘　　要：目的评估经皮肝穿刺胆管引流(PTCD)治疗有严重合并症的老年急性梗阻化脓性胆管炎的疗效和安全性。方法选择我院2010年12月—2014年12月收治的30例有严重合并症的老年急性梗阻化脓性胆管炎患者,均予PTCD治疗,观察其预后情况。结果 30例患者,成功治愈28例,成功率(93.3%);1例穿刺失败,行急诊开腹手术治疗;1例术后引流效果不佳,感染加重致多器官功能衰竭死亡。结论对于有严重合并症的老年急性梗阻化脓性胆管炎患者,PTCD是一种操作简单、安全、有效的治疗方法。ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy and safety of PTCD in the treatment of serious complications in elderly patients with acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis.MethodsSelect 30 cases of serious complications in elderly patients with acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis in our hospital from December 2010 -2014 in December,all patients were treated with PTCD treatment to observe the prognosis.Results30 patients treated with PTCD,28 patients were cured successfully,the success rate（93.3%）,1 cases of puncture failure,emergency operation treatment;1 cases with poor drainage effect,the infection caused to multiple organ failure.ConclusionPatients with severe complications in elderly patients with acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis,the treatment of PTCD is a simple,safe and effective method.
