摘　　要：为了改变传统纺丝生产中纺丝绕满锭子后需人工把成品丝锭放到储料格里,劳动强度大、效率低的问题,采用可编程逻辑控制器控制机械手,实现自动卸载成品丝锭并存放到指定位置。系统得电后进行自检并完成各工作部件的初始化,当传感器检测到有可卸载的成品丝锭时机械手进行抓取,然后把成品丝锭放到空的储料格中,动作完成后机械手自动回到初始位置,等待下一次抓取。生产实践证明,该控制系统节约了生产成本,提高了劳动生产率。There are many problems such as big labor intensity and low production efficiency in the traditional spinning production. It uses PLC and manipulator to realize automatic discharging product accurately into the material storage grid. After starting,the system carries out a check self and initial format. When reclaiming sensing device detects the material for grasping,the manipulator moves into the material storage grid and completes automatically return to the initial position. The production practice proves that the control system saves production cost,improves labor productivity.
