ERP用户消化吸收水平影响因素的多案例研究——基于同事互动的视角

摘　　要：ERP用户的消化吸收水平是决定企业能否发挥ERP系统的商业价值及取得系统成功的重要因素。没有ERP用户对系统知识深入的消化吸收,企业对ERP的应用只能停留在表面。已有研究分别从用户自身和组织两个视角发现了影响ERP用户消化吸收水平的关键因素,但未曾关注同事的影响。本文通过多案例研究方法,基于社会互动的视角,对同事的作用进行了详细的分析。通过对6个案例企业的深入访谈,本文发现与正式知识性互动相比,同事间非正式知识性互动更能够促进ERP用户的消化吸收。此外,本文还发现同事间的工具性连接、情感连接及同质性能够促进非正式知识性互动;并提出了同事互动对ERP用户消化吸收作用的理论模型。本文的研究不仅探索发现了同事影响ERP用户消化吸收水平的作用机制,丰富了个体层次ERP消化吸收的研究,同时为ERP用户及企业管理者提供了如何利用同事的作用深化ERP用户消化吸收的具体措施。Individual level ERP assimilation（ERP users＇ assimilation）is a key factor to the realization of ERP systems＇ values,and system success.The application of ERP systems would be superficial without users＇ deep assimilation.Prior research has identified many factors to ERP users＇ assimilation from user＇s own and organizational perspectives,but this study focused on the influence of peers around ERP users.We conducted multi-case study to comprehensively analyze peers＇ effects from social interaction perspective.Interviews with ERP users from 6case companies in China reveal that compared with formal knowledge interaction,informal knowledge interaction among peers is more important for users to promote their ERP assimilation.Further,we find that instrumental ties,expressive ties,and homophily among peers facilitate informal knowledge interaction.Additionally,we propose a theoretical model about the influence of peer interaction on ERP users＇ assimilation.This study not only explored the influence mechanism of peers on ERP users＇ assimilation,and contributed to extant research of ERP assimilation,but also provided specific measures for ERP users and managers to utilize peers to deepen ERP assimilation.
