摘 要:中小学教师培训是一个动态的组织系统,包括条件保障系统、方向定位系统、主体投入系统、主体运行系统和督导评价系统五个子系统。2015年起,“国培计划”主要面向乡村教师,通过教师培训团队置换脱产研修、送教下乡等培训项目对乡村教师进行专业化培训。目前西安市项目县中小学教师教学教研水平不等,专业化水平亟待提升,实现教育均衡发展是中小学教师培训的关键。“国培计划”送教下乡培训项目不同于以往的送教培训,正处于实践摸索阶段,要提高培训的实效性,就需要培训模式在继承的基础上进行发展和创新。The training of primary school and middle school teachers is a dynamic system. Since 2015, National Teachers Training Program has provided professional training for rural teachers by means of several schemes such as sending excellent teachers to serve rural education and so on. Currently, the most important task is to realize bal- anced development of teachers training in primary and middle school because the counties under this training pro- gram are facing many problems such as the different teaching and research levels and the low professional skills. This program is still at the beginning stage and needs further innovation so as to improve the effectiveness of the training.
