摘　　要：文章从动物模型和临床研究两个方面,通过对同一疾病的不同证型(同病异证)和不同疾病的同一证型(异病同证)的蛋白质组学研究进展进行综述,表明应用蛋白组学技术研究中医证候,可为进一步展示证候的科学内涵、证候分型的客观化提供一定的科学依据。In terms of animal model and clinical research,this article summarized the advances of application of proteomics in different syndromes in the same disease and the same syndrome in different diseases.It came out that the application of proteomics in TCM syndrome research would be likely to provide a scientific reference for research the scientific connotation and objectification of TCM syndrome.
