摘　　要：互联网时代由于著作权归属不明确、不同主体认识差异、转授权制度模糊,导致难以建立合理的学位论文使用制度。只有明确学位论文著作权归属、规范学位论文转授权制度,方能建立起既保护著作权又使不同主体利益相对平衡的合理的学位论文使用制度。In the internet age,due to the ambiguous ownership of copyright,the differences between people＇s understanding,and the vague authority delegation system,it＇s difficult to set up a sound dissertation-use system.Only when the ownership of copyright is clear and the authority delegation system is standard,a reasonable dissertation-use system which can both protect the copyright and balance the interests of different people can be established.
