摘　　要：解决高校电子阅览服务与需求不适应问题,建立泛在化电子阅览体系,实施升级发展是必由之路。以优化实体和虚拟两大阅览空间环境为突破口,通过架构云信息服务平台,拓展阅览渠道,整合服务功能,促进服务模式向多场所、多空间、复合型转变,为高校"十三五"电子阅览改革方向提供应用性参考。Building ubiquitous electronic reading system and implementing upgrading and development is the only way to solve the inadaptation between university library＇s electronic reading service and demands.Regarding the optimization of physical and virtual reading environment as the breakthrough point,this paper tried to change the current service mode to new mixed mode with more places and more space by building cloud information service platform,expanding reading approach and integrating service functions,and provided reference for the reform of university＇s electronic reading during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period.
