摘 要:建立了280 t矿用车空调系统风道的有限元模型,对不同进风口流速情况下的各出风口流速进行了仿真计算,选择了较为合理的进风口流速。简化驾驶室整体模型,按照所选择的进风口流速对驾驶室流场和温度场进行了仿真,并分析了主驾驶座和副驾驶座附近中性面,以及驾驶员面部附近横向平面的流场和温度场,仿真结果表明,所设计驾驶室空调系统的制冷效果符合人体舒适性的评价指标。The finite element model of air conditioning duct system of the 280 tons mine truck was established. The air outlet velocity was calculated by simulation under the condition of different air inlet velocity. Then the reasonable air inlet velocity was obtained. The overall model of the cab was simplified; and the flow field and temperature field were simulated by the choose of the air inlet velocity. The flow field and temperature field near the neutral plane and the lateral plane near the driver's seat and the driver's face were analyzed. The simulation results indicate that the cooling effect of the air conditioning system of the cab is in accord with the evaluation index of human comfort.
