摘 要:为研究轮毂电机驱动电动汽车再生制动的性能,基于DC/DC变换器和超级电容搭建了电动汽车再生制动系统,并设计开发了汽车电动轮再生制动试验台。对再生制动过程中制动力的调节进行理论分析,确立了通过调节DC/DC变换器输出电流的方法来调控再生制动力的控制方案。使用Matlab/Simulink对恒流再生制动过程进行建模仿真,并在试验台上进行再生制动实验,实验结果与仿真结果相吻合,表明所开发的电动轮再生制动试验台能实现制动能量回收的研究目标。To study the regenerative braking performance of electric vehicle driven by hub motor,the electric vehicle regenerative braking system based on DC / DC and super capacitor was constructed. And an automobile electric wheel regenerative braking test bench was designed and developed. The regenerative braking force adjustment during recovered braking was theoretically analyzed. The scheme of control regenerative braking force by the methods of adjusting the DC / DC output current was established. Using MATLAB / SIMULINK,the process of constant current recovery braking was simulated. And regenerative braking test was done on electric wheel comprehensive performance test bed. Through contrasting the simulation results and the experimental results,it can be found that the two trends are consistent with each other. The results show that the test bench can achieve the research goal of the braking energy recovery.
