摘  要:当今,科学家利用了化学气相合成法、微机械剥离法、水热合成法和物理气相沉积法等合成出大面积单层、双层和多层二硫化钼,其中以化学气相合成二硫化钼最引人关注。特别是用五氯化钼和硫在Si/SiO2基材上、蓝宝石基材上和石墨烯基材上合成出大面积单层二硫化钼。利用水热合成二硫化钼,如在水热溶液中引入氧化石墨烯可生成3~10层的二硫化钼,这种MoS_2/RGO杂化物其释氢活性很高,是一种良好的催化剂。At present,the chemical vapor deposition,micro-mechanical decollement method,hydro-thermal synthesis method and physical vapour deposition method were used to synthesize a large area of single,double and multilayer MoS_2 film,which the chemical vapor deposition method has been most noticed. Especially,a large area single layer MoS_2 film in substrate of Si / SiO_2,sapphire and graphitized carbon can be synthesized by MoCl_5 and S. The 3~ 10 layers of MoS_2 film will be formed by hydro-thermal synthesis method which introduces the oxidize graphene into hydro-thermal solution. The hybrid catalyst of this MoS_2/ RGO is a good catalyst which exhibited excellent activity of hydrogen release.
