试论“互联网+”时代高校学报的责任担当

摘　　要："互联网+"使学报发展的内部、外部环境产生了许多"变量",生态圈和价值链发生"再造"、"重构",这就要求高校学报对社会有更多的责任担当。面对目前复杂的生存环境,高校学报应然的最基本的三种责任担当是:需要通过传播社会正能量、先进思想和新知识,来积极传播先进文化和优秀学术成果;通过引领高校学术发展的方向和作者的研究行为,来引领理论创新;通过创新教育理论园地、开展健康的学术争鸣,来大力推进学术繁荣。＂ Internet ＋ ＂ makes the internal and external environment of the journal development produce many ＂ variables＂,and the ecosystem and the value chains present the ＂ reproduction＂ and ＂ reconstruction＂,which requires university journals to bear more responsibility for the society. Facing the complicated living environment,the Journals of colleges and universities should bear three basic responsibilities： firstly,through the dissemination of social positive energy,advanced ideas and new knowledge,they actively spread advanced culture and outstanding academic achievements; secondly,through leading the direction of academic development and the author ’s research behavior,they lead the theoretical innovation; thirdly,through the theory of innovation education,they carry out healthy academic discussions,and vigorously promote the academic prosperity.
