黛花合剂治疗放化疗性口腔溃疡的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察黛花合剂治疗放化疗性口腔溃疡临床疗效。方法选择确诊为放射治疗和(或)化学治疗性口腔溃疡的患者140例,分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组使用黛花合剂,对照组使用锡类散制剂,以疼痛指数和口腔舒适度、最大溃疡直径的差值、临床有效率作为疗效指标进行评价。结果溃疡疼痛及口腔舒适度方面,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组最大溃疡直径差值显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组在5^(±2) d、10^(±2) d的临床有效率均优于对照组(均P<0.05);根据肿瘤类型及治疗方式分层,与对照组比较,5^(±2) d时治疗组中的胃肠道、头颈部肿瘤、放射治疗患者及10^(±2) d时的胃肠道肿瘤患者的有效率均显著提高(P=0.005,0.034,0.007及0.011)。结论黛花合剂能缓解放化疗性口腔溃疡疼痛症状,促进口腔溃疡的愈合。Objective To evaluate the effect of oral Daihua nursing liquid in the treatment of oral ulcer induced by chemotherapy or radiotherapy. Methods One hundred and forty patients with oral ulcer which induced by chemotherapy or radiotherapy were randomized to receive the treatment of the Daihua spray（experimental group） or traditional spray of Xileisan（control group）. The ulcer pain index and oral comfort degree, the maximum ulcer diameters difference and the effective rate were compared. Results The experimental group was superior to control group in the ulcer pain index and oral comfort degree （P〈0.05） and the maximum ulcer diameters difference （P〈0.05） ;both of the effective rate in 5^±2 day and in 10^±2 day in experimental group were better than that in the control group （both P〈0.05）. Further stratified according to tumor type and therapy method, compared with control group, the response rates of experimental group in day 5^±2 in gastrointestinal cancer, head and neck cancer, radiotherapy patients and in day 10^±2 in gastrointestinal cancer were all significantly improved （P=0. 042, 0. 006, 0. 007 and 0. 012）. Conclusion The oral Daihua spray could effectively alleviate pain and promote healing of oral ulcer, which induced by chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
