摘　　要：目的探讨Notch1-4受体在胃癌的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化染色法检测20例胃癌患者癌组织及其癌旁组织中Notch1-4受体的表达。结果Notch1-4蛋白主要分布在细胞质中。胃癌组织中Notch3和Notch4阳性表达例数多于Notch1和Notch2(P<0.05)。胃癌组织中Notch3和Notch4表达阳性例数也多于其相应的癌旁组织(P<0.05)。结论不同的Notch受体在胃癌组织中的生物学行为不同;Notch3和Notch4可能具有促进肿瘤生长的作用。Objective To study the expression and significance of Notch receptors in gastric cancer. Methods The immunohistochemical staining method was used to observe the expressions of Notchl-4 in cancer and tumor-adjacent mucosa in 20 patients with gastric cancer. Results Notchl-4 proteins were mainly distributed in the cytoplasm. The case number positively expressing Notch3 and Notch 4 was more than that positively expressing Notchl and Notch2 in gastric cancer tissues （P〈0.05）. The case number positively expressing Notch3 and Notch 4 was more in gastric cancer tissues than that in tumor-adjacent tissues（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The different Notch receptors in gastric cancer have different biological behavior. The up-regulation of Notch3 and Notch4 expressions may promote the growth of gastric cancer.
