摘　　要：浅析温病治疗中"救阴不在血,而在津与汗"的内涵。认为"救阴不在血,而在津与汗"是叶天士长期实践的经验总结;温热与阴伤常互相影响,治疗时应以顾护津液为重,多汗者宜根据邪正消长以救阴,而救阴在于补益津液以化汗。This paper analyzes experience of treating epidemic febrile disease＂Fluid and sweat in saving yin＂. ＂Save yin not in blood but fluid and sweat＂is Ye Tianshi’s experience in treating epidemic febrile disease. We argued that this should be explained like this： it is easy to sweat in epidemic febrile disease,so it is important to save yin according to the balance of positive and evil. On the theory of epidemic febrile disease,to save yin is to enrich fluid to sweating.
