摘 要:目的研究综合心理治疗在儿童注意力缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)中的应用效果。方法选择2012年10月—2014年10月我院ADHD患儿86例,予综合心理治疗,包括执行功能练习、认知行为治疗,同时对家长进行相关培训。观察治疗前后患儿Stroop测验、数字划消测验、ADHD诊断量表、家庭压力量表结果及治疗后家长满意度。结果治疗后患儿Stroop测验、数字划消测验、ADHD诊断量表、家庭压力量表结果均显著优于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后家长满意率为98.84%。结论综合心理治疗儿童ADHD能显著改善患儿症状,提高抑制无关刺激及冲动的能力。Objective To study the application effects of comprehensive psychotherapy of attention deficit hyperactiv- ity disorder (ADHD) in children. Methods 86 children with ADHD admitted to our hospital during October 2012 and Octo- ber 2014 were selected and underwent comprehensive psychotherapy, including executive function practice and cognitive be- havior therapy, meanwhile, their parents underwent relevant training programs. The results of Stroop test, cancellation test, ADHD diagnostic scale, family stress scale and parent satisfaction rate of the patients were observed before and after treat- ment. Results After treatment, the results of Stroop test, cancellation test, ADHD diagnostic scale and family stress scale of the patients were significantly better than those before treatment, and with statistical significance of differences (P 〈 0.01 ). The parent satisfaction rate was 98.84% after treatment. Conclusion Comprehensive psychotherapy of ADHD in children can significantly improve the symptoms of the patients and increase their ability to inhibit irrelevant stimuli and impulses, which is worthy of clinical application.
