摘　　要：随着需求个性化、分工专业化和制造业全球化进程的加剧,供应链供需关系己由松散式竞争关系转变为协同合作式双赢或多赢关系。如何实现供应链企业协同,提高供应链柔性已成为关系嵌入下供应链研究的重点。文中以供应链关系嵌入为切入点,探讨了关系嵌入下供应链柔性实现的整合要素及整合流程,并构建了供应链柔性机制模型。With the increasing demand for personalization, specialization and division of labor in the manufacturing process of globalization, the relationship between supply and demand supply chain has competition from the loosely coordinated cooperative relationship into a win-win or win-win relationship. How to achieve supply chain collaboration,improve supply chain flexibility has become the focus of supply chain relationships embedded in the study. In this paper,supply chain relationships embedded as a starting point to explore the relationship between supply chain flexibility is embedded under the elements to achieve integration and integration processes, and build a flexible mechanism to model the supply chain.
