摘　　要：文中借鉴国内职业教育经验,结合江苏省徐州财经高等职业技术学校对物流人才培养的创新做法,从物流管理专业人才培养的目标定位、课程体系构建、能力培养、评价机制等四个方面进行阐述,构建了基于工作导向的物流人才培养模式,以期为其他职业院校物流管理专业教学改革提供借鉴。The article learning the experience of domestic vocational education, the combination of xuzhou in jiangsu province for innovative training model of higher vocational and technical school of finance and economics, from the logistics management professional talent training target, course system building, ability training, evaluation system the four aspects, construction based on the work of logistics personnel training mode, so as to other vocational colleges logistics management specialty teaching reform for reference.
