摘　　要：文中根据集群式供应链物流的特点,提出了集群式供应链物流协同模式运作的三个阶段,即单链物流企业的合作、基于公共平台的物流合作、基于公共平台的跨链间业务协同,并分析了每个阶段的不同特点。This paper according to the characteristic of cluster supply chain,proposed three stages of logistics coordination of cluster supply chain,namely the logistics enterprise＇s coordination in single chain、based on the public platform cooperation,based on the coordination of cross chain,and this paper also analyzed the different characteristic in each stage.
