摘　　要：近年来,随着高校物流专业招生规模的扩大、毕业生规模刚性增加等原因,大学生就业难的问题日益突出。物流作为一个在多学科基础上发展起来的具有很强实践性要求的学科,需要把学生主动"推出去"。与此同时,企业招人难的问题也尤为突出,需要寻找一个途径以最小成本获得最适合的物流人才资源,而校企合作共建校外实践基地可以很好地解决这一问题。In recent years,with the expansion of logistics professionals＇ enrollment scale,the increasing of graduates and some social and schools＇ reasons,problems of employment have become rapidly. Logistics as a multidisciplinary having a strong practical discipline requirements,For which requires ＂push out the graduates. ＂ At the same time,unable to recruit special logistics professionals＇ people has become a big problem to enterprises who need a way to minimize the cost to obtain most suitable personnel resources. The school- enterprise cooperation to build a school- enterprise base certainly can well solve this problem.
