摘　　要：借鉴新加坡南洋理工学际(NYP)学期项目的理念,融合职业标准与教学标准开发岗证一体的学期项目,并将其作为技能大赛的赛项组织训练,是提高学生岗位职业能力的有效方法。Using Nanyang Polytechnic＇s term project idea as a reference,developing integration of license and professional skills requirement term project based on teaching quality standard and occupational standard,running a competition for the project and organizing related training is one of the effective way to improve student＇s professional skills.
