浅论新常态下县级电大的转型与发展

摘　　要：办好高水平的远程开放教育,助力我国经济社会建设,是国家与时代赋予电大工作者的战略任务与神圣使命,需要电大在办学体制机制、教学管理、服务模式、办学水平等方面实现飞跃与转型。当前,电大系统尤其是县级电大所承担教学、管理、服务的职能和水平已不适应开放教育办学实际,急需找准新常态下县级电大在系统中的职责定位,进一步健全学习支持服务规范,全面提升支持服务水平。It is the strategic task and sacred mission of the nation and times for TV university workers to do a good job in the high-level distance open education and give assistance to the economic society construction. It requires TV universities to realize great development and transformation in school-running system, teaching management, service mode and school-running level. At present, the responsibilities of teaching, management and services of TV universities＇ systems, especially those in Counties, can not adopt to the school-running reality of open education. It is very urgent for TV universities in counties to capture their responsibilities locations in systems under the new normality, further to perfect the learning support service standards and to improve the support service level comprehensively.
