摘  要:在主动配电网背景下,将可调度分布式发电(distributed generation,DG)、不可调度DG、储能单元和基于可中断负荷的需求侧响应等多种类型的分布式能源(distributed energy resources,DERs)纳入主动配电网管理调度中,以DERs日前24 h有功出力为优化变量,以一天内配电公司的运行成本最低为目标函数,建立了日前有功调度模型,采用自适应粒子群算法对所提出的模型进行求解。针对改进后的IEEE 33节点配电系统进行了仿真,结果表明对于各类DERs进行综合调度优化不仅能够满足配电网供电质量要求,而且能够有效管理和消纳分布式能源,为配电企业带来最佳的经济效益。Under the background of active distribution networks ( ADN), different kinds of DERs including "dispatchable" distributed generation, "not-dispatchable" distributed generation, electrical energy storage and demand response based on interruptible load are studied in this paper. Furthermore, a day-ahead active power scheduling model for distribution company is presented for minimizing the overall system operation costs of the following day and the model is solved by means of adaptive particle swarm algorithm. The proposed method is applied to a modified IEEE 33-node distribution system. The results show that the optimal coordination of multiple kinds of DERs can not only proride good power quality, but manage and accommodate DERs more effectively, and thus has the most economic benefits for distribution company.
