摘 要:糖厂结晶过程受浓度传感器限制而使煮糖自控不够可靠完善,导致煮糖工段DCS控制系统以及糖厂生产过程全自动化无法实现。结晶过程最需要控制的糖膏母液锤度可以用罐用折光仪直接测量,但因糖膏流动性差造成信号的滞后使罐用折光仪无法正常使用。采用辅助装置强化糖膏流动可以解决妨碍罐用折光仪正常使用的问题。本文介绍利用粘稠度计配合罐用折光仪在糖厂煮糖罐结晶过程的应用情况,并提出进一步的改进意见。Due to the limitation of the concentration sensor in the process of sucrose crystallization in sugar mills, the automation control of the boiling process tends to be somewhat unreliable, and the Distributable Control System and integrated automation controls system in cane sugar production is thereby hindered. The crystallization process requires the direct monitoring of the brix of mother liquid of massecuite with the help of vacuum pan refractometer which can not be regularly applied because of the signal hysteresis caused by inadequate mobility of the massecuite, and the problem would be solved by improving the mobility with auxiliary facilities. This paper introduced the application of consistency monitor as such auxiliary facility in the crystallization process of sugar mills, and presented some suggestion to improve it.
