摘　　要：通过问卷对沈阳航空航天大学教职工的思想状况进行调研,进而对其思想动态以及价值倾向进行了解和掌握。通过调查分析,基本上把握了学校教职工思想的基本脉络,为今后开展有针对性的思想政治教育工作提供了第一手资料,同时提出了开展教职工思想政治工作的有效路径。In order to carry out targeted ideological work, the article conducted a questionnaire survey on teachers＇ ideological status in Shenyang Aerospace University to understand and master the dynamics and the value of their ideological tendencies. Through investigation and analysis, it is basically grasped the basic context of school teachers＇ thought and provided first-hand information in the future targeted ideological work. A way is proposed to carry out ideological and political work of the staff analysis.
