摘  要:目的:探讨机器人微创治疗胰头部实性假乳头肿瘤的价值。方法:分析2010年12月至2014年11月我院开展的达芬奇机器人系统微创治疗胰头部实性假乳头肿瘤12例。结果:3例行胰头肿块剜除术,5例行保留十二指肠胰头切除术,4例行胰十二指肠切除术(其中1例中转开腹)。结论:达芬奇机器人系统治疗胰头部实性假乳头肿瘤安全可行,适当选择手术方式能最大程度保留正常脏器功能。Objective To study on the value of robotic minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of pancreatic head solid pseudopapillary tumors. Methods The clinical data of 12 patients who received tumor enucleation, duode-num-preserving pancreatic head resection or pancreaticoduodenectomy using the da Vinci robotic surgical system at Ruijin Hospital from December 2010 to November 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Tumor enucleation was performed in 3 patients and duodenum-preserving pancreatic head resection in 5 patients. Pancreaticoduodenectomy was performed in 4 patients with 1 patient converted to open surgery. Conclusions All tumor enucleation, duodenum-pre-serving pancreatic head resection and pancreaticoduodenectomy based on the location of head tumor using da Vinci robotic surgical system are safe and feasible. The organ function can be well preserved with proper operative approaches.
