开放源代码社区启发下的知识共享组织模型研究

摘　　要：开放源代码虚拟社区的组织结构形式可以实现黑客们同时参与并进行异步工作,因此相对于其他知识产品开放源代码产品具有更新及时、安全性高、社区成员专业化、社区管理高效的特点,吸引人们更多地使用和参与开放源代码产品的生产,知识转移和知识共享的效率比传统虚拟社区要强很多。在借鉴前人研究成果的基础之上,分析开源社区和几种主要的组织模型,依据政治学的相关观点提出了"独裁"、"威权"和"民主"的知识关系形式,根据开发流程表现出来的特点对其成员之间的知识关系进行了分析研究,同时构建了新型组织结构的细胞模型,阐述了开源社区启发下的知识共享的发展方向。The organizational structure of an open source virtual community can make the hackers work asynchronously at the same time,so it is more timely,safe,professional and efficient when comparing with other open source products,which attracts more people to use the products and participate in the production of them,thus the efficiency of knowledge transfer and sharing has been improved a lot when comparing with that of traditional virtual community. The paper,based on the previous research,analyzes the open source virtual community and its main organizational structure,proposes a knowledge relationship mode according to some views related to politics such as dictatorship,authority and democracy,and makes a study on the knowledge relationship among the members based on the characteristics showed in developing process,constructs a new cellular model of organizational structure,and at last discusses the developing directions of knowledge sharing in the context of of open source.
