摘　　要：在回收价敏感的回收率条件下,本文考虑包括消费者剩余在内的闭环供应链总利润,建立以独立第三方为回收方的闭环供应链激励模型,分析了TPT-CLSC中激励的引入对环境绩效和经济效益的影响因素,并运用委托代理理论分析TPT-CLSC激励机制设计过程中可变激励成本和固定激励成本的影响因素,发现合理的激励机制可以平衡企业环境绩效和经济效益的发展,而闭环激励契约对闭环经济效益的调节受商品残值的影响。Assuming recycling price-sensitive recovery rate, the paper established a closed-loop supply chain incentive model composed of single independent third party. The total profits including consumer surplus is considered. On the ba- sis, it analyzed the influence on environment and economy in CLSC by introducing incentive mechanism, and studied the influence factors of variable cost and fixed cost with principal-agent theory, finding that the TPT-CLSC incentive mecha- nism can be used to coordinate the environmental performance and economic benefits of CLSC, but the effect is influ- enced by the surplus value of recycling products under certain circumstance.
