摘 要:试验与仿真模拟相结合,研究分析WP10.340E32柴油发动机燃用B20生物柴油-柴油混合燃料时喷油器喷孔直径、喷孔数目、喷油提前角和喷雾锥角对NOX生成量的影响。通过正交试验对喷油器参数进行综合分析,利用极差分析和方差分析确定因素主次关系,得出最优匹配方案。研究表明,喷油提前角是影响NOX生成的显著因素,最优匹配方案为:喷孔直径为0.15mm,喷孔数目为8,喷油提前角为10°CA,喷雾锥角为160°。Combination of experiment and simulation, the numerical simulation about the fuel injector nozzle diameter, number of nozzle, the fuel supply advance angle and spray angle was carried out and their influences on NOx emissions of WP10. 340E32 diesel engine fueled with B20 were analyzed by using the orthogonal experiment design method. Through the range and variance analysis, factors in primary and secondary relations were determined and the corresponding optimal matching scheme was given. The results have shown that the fuel supply advance angle is the significant factors influencing the NOx formation and the optimal matching scheme of parameters: the nozzle hole diameter is 0. 15mm, nozzle number is 8, fuel supply advance angle is 10℃A, spray Angle is 160°.
