摘 要:目的:分析目前临床医学专业实践基地建设存在的问题,提出相应对策,旨在建立结合医院实际情况的、提升培养质量的临床医学专业实践基地。方法:采取调查问卷形式,对山西医科大学第二医院各导师、学生及相关科室进行随机调查,找到阻碍实践基地建设中的因素,广泛征求加强实践基地建设的建议。通过相关文献的学习以及调查数据的汇总分析,得出满意度较高的方案。结果:目前临床实践基地存在诸多问题,如教学基地配套制度的不完善,基地对教学工作的认识程度和重视程度不一,教学基地遴选标准不够细化,教学基地对导师的遴选标准和尺度掌握不同,教学基地的教学水平和教学条件不尽相同,硬件和软件不能满足研究生招生规模扩大之需求等等,都在不同程度上影响医学研究生的培养质量和教学效果。结论:研究生的能力培养与教育问题岌岌可危,应强调教学实践基地的重要性,建立合理的临床医学专业实践基地,并加大投入力度,严格控制环节质量,提高研究生的综合素质。Objective: According to the analysis of the literature search and survey results,find out some problems in the present clinical postgraduate clinical practice base construction,after analysising and researching,put forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to establish full- time graduate professional degree in clinical medicine students' professional practice base which combined with the actual situation of the hospital,enhance the quality of medical research is beneficial to the cultivation of professional degree of clinical students. Methods: Take the form of questionnaire. Random survey and recording the resulting data in each tutor,Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University and relevant departments and. Find several factors hindering clinical professional degree graduate professional practice base construction,and solicit relevant personnel to strengthen the clinical professional degree graduate professional practice base construction suggestion. Finally,through the summary analysis of related literature study and survey data,obtains the high satisfaction study clinical professional degree students professional practice base construction project. Results: Analysis showed that clinical practice base,the current research of clinical professional degree students exist many problems,Such as: imperfect teaching base,base supporting system of the understanding degree of teaching and the degree of attention,not a teaching base selection standard is not refined,teaching base for the tutor selection criteria and different scale master,teaching base of the teaching level and the teaching conditions are not the same,and because of China's postgraduate enrollment scale in recent years increasing bring hardware,software can not keep up and so on,all affect the medical postgraduate training quality and effect of teaching in different extent.
