摘 要:目的将色谱-光谱仪(HPLC-UV)联用法与空间夹角判据结合,用于快速分析丹皮酚含有量。方法通过色谱-光谱联用采集丹皮酚的紫外多波长光谱三维数据,构建不含被测组分的本底数据库,然后基于向量-空间夹角法步骤测定了丹皮酚的含有量。结果分析结果和高效液相色谱法所得结果接近,相对误差小于5.00%,回收率为97.3%~102.5%,相对标准偏差RSD值为1.5%。结论该方法快速、准确,可为丹皮酚质量控制提供参考。AIM To combine HPLC-UV with space angle criterion for rapidly determining the content of paeonol. METHODS The multi-UV spectrum three-dimensional data of paeonol were collected by HPLC-UV to establish background spectrum database without detected constituents. Then the content of paeonol was determined on the basis of space angle criterion. RESULTS The analytical result obtained by this method was similar to that obtained by HPLC. The relative error was less than 5. 00%,whose recoveries ranged from 97. 3% to 102. 5% with the RSD of 1. 5%. CONCLUSION This method is rapid and accurate,which can provide a reference for the quality control of paeonol.
