平菇木屑颗粒菌种营养液最佳配方筛选

摘　　要：该试验利用木屑颗粒，通过营养液浸泡，做成木屑颗粒菌种，并用正交法设计营养液的最佳配方试验。营养液中主料（土豆、麦麸）、葡萄糖、尿素和石灰作为试验因素，设计L9（3^4）正交试验，配制9种营养液。结果表明，最佳配方为土豆30．0％、葡萄糖3．0％、尿素0．3％、石灰0．6％，固定配料KH2PO4、K2HPO4、MgSO4和普钙各0．3％。营养液浸泡木屑颗粒培养的茵种，菌丝生长旺盛，粗壮，生长速度较快。The orthogonal test of the nutrient solution has been done on the wood granular to find the best cultivate formula of Pleurotus ostreatus, and the wood granular has been dipped in the nutrient solution for hours. Main ingredient （potato or wheat bran）, glucose, urea and lime as the factors, L9 （3^4） orthogonal test has been designed, and the 9 kinds of nutrient solution have been prepared. The results showed that the best formula of the nutrient solution was 30.0% potatoes, 3.0% glucose, 0.3% urea, 0.6% lime and fixed ingredients was 0.3% KH2PO4, 0.3% K2HPO4, 0.3% MgSO4 and 0.3% superphosphate. The strains grew fast, cultivated by the wood granular soaked in nutrient solution, and the hyphae were strong.
