摘  要:目的探讨乳腺癌中SOX2表达与血管生成的关系及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测90例乳腺癌中SOX2的表达,并用CD105标记血管。结果SOX2阳性率、MVD值在淋巴结转移组为84.6%、11.51±2.11,无淋巴结转移组为44%、10.00±1.63,差异显著(P〈0.01)。SOX2阳性率、MVD值在组织学分级Ⅱ~Ⅲ组为82.4%、11.40±2.13(P〈0.01),I级组为45.5%、10.14±1.67(P〈0.05),差异均显著。MVD值在SOX2阳性组为11.62±2.05,阴性组为9.63±1.41,差异显著(P〈0.01)。结论SOX2阳性提示肿瘤的高侵袭性。SOX2可能通过促进血管生成导致肿瘤淋巴结转移。Objective To investigate the relationship and significance of SOX2 expression and angiogenesis in breast carcinoma. Method Immunohistochemiscal SP method was applied to detect the expression of SOX2 and to label microvessels with CD105 in 90 cases of breast carcinoma. Results The positive rates of SOX2 and MVD were 84. 62% and 11.51 +2. 11 in group of lymph node metastasis, which were much higher than those of group of non-lymph-nodemetastasis, which were 44. 00% and 10. 00 ± 1.63, respectively. There was significant different between two groups (P 〈 0. 01). The positive rate and MVD were 82. 35%% and 11.40 ± 2. 13 in group of grade ( Ⅱ + Ⅲ ), which were much higher than those of group of grade I, which were 45.45%% and 10. 14 ± 1.67, respectively. There was significant different between two groups ( P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 05 ). It had statistical significance ( P 〈 0. 01 ) that the MVD difference of positive SOX2 group ( 11.62 ± 2. 05 ) and negative SOX2 group ( 9. 63± 1.41 ). Conclusion Expression of SOX2 indicates highly malignant tumor. SOX2 may facilitate lymph node metastasis in breast carcinoma by promoting angiogenesis.
