摘  要:针对回采工作面初次来压的顶板运动特征,采用基于惯性测量单元的岩层倾角监测仪,对相似材料模拟试验的初次来压过程进行监测研究。论证了采用岩层倾角监测仪对顶板运动进行监测的可行性及准确性。监测结果表明,初次来压运动共经历微观非显著运动期、宏观显著运动期、岩梁断裂期3个时期,分别占初次来压运动总时长的55.8%、39.8%、4.4%。微观非显著运动期的存在,拓展了传统初次来压研究的时间跨度,岩层倾角监测为初次来压发展状态的判别及预测预报提供了新的判据。Aimed at the movement characteristics of roof at the stoping face during the first weighting, the strata inclination monitor, on the basis of inertial measurement unit, was used to measure and study the first weighting in similar sim- ulation experiments, and the monitoring feasibility and accuracy were proved. The monitoring results showed that the movement process of first weighting involved three stages as follows: the microscopic and non-significant movement stage, the macro movement stage and the failure stage of rock beam, which respectively occupied 55.8%, 39.8% and 4.4% of the total time of first weighting. The microscopic and non-significant movement stage expanded the time span of traditional research. And the strata inclination monitoring provided a new criterion for the judgment, prediction and foreeast of the first weighting development.
