摘 要:精准医学有其深刻的思想基础和完备的技术支撑,对医学发展现状的深刻反思是其思想基础,生物技术及信息技术的迅猛发展是其技术支撑。精准医学为人类健康水平的提升勾勒出了美好蓝图,为未来医学的发展指明了方向。不确定性具有一定的客观性,根植于事物本身,人类实践的具体过程实质是通过消除不确定性而达到相对的确定性。作为一种新型的医学实践模式,精准医学同样体现了确定性与不确定性的辩证统一,是一个有着丰富内涵的复杂概念,需要对其进行认真地思考和谨慎地解读。Precision medicine is based on the deep reflection on modern medicine with technical support of the advanced biotechnology and information technology. Precision medicine not only outlines a brilliant blueprint of the improvement of human health, but also indicates the direction for the future development of medicine. Uncertainty is rooted in everything in the world with innate objectivity. The nature of human practice process can be regarded as achieving relative certainty by reducing the uncertainty. Similarly, as a new type of medical model, precision medicine also reflects the dialectical unity of certainty and uncertainty. Therefore, it is necessary to carefully and cautiously interpret the complex concept of precision medicine.
