小剂量奥氮平联合帕罗西汀治疗老年抑郁症的临床疗效及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的探究和分析小剂量奥氮平联用帕罗西汀对于于老年抑郁症治疗的临床疗效以及安全性。方法选取本院自2013年10月至2014年10月确诊的100例老年抑郁症患者，以随机对照表法分为A、B两组。A组患者给予帕罗西汀合并小剂量奥氮平治疗，B组患者只给予帕罗西汀治疗。两个月后疗效用HAMD进行评价，比较两组患者的总有效率，并观察A组患者在治疗过程中出现的不适现象。结果B组患者治疗后第2、4、6、8w的HAMD评分均明显高于A组患者（P〈0．05）。A组患者总有效率为88．00％，B组患者总有效率为54．00％，A组患者总有效率高于B组患者（Z=4．21，P〈0．05）。结论在老年抑郁症的治疗中，给予帕罗西汀合并小剂量奥氮平效果确切，疗效明显，具有较可靠的安全性，有利于老年患者抑郁症的治疗。Objective To explore clinical therapeutic effect and safety of small dose of olanzapine combined with paroxetine in the treatment of senile depression. Methods 100 cases of senile depression in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were divided into group A, B according to the random number table. Group A was treated with paroxetine combined with small dose of olanzapine, and group B was treated with paroxetine only. Curative effect was evaluated with HAMD after two months, the total efficiency was compared between two groups, and observed the discomfort of patients in group A appeared in the process of treatment. Results HAMD scores in group B 2, 4, 6, 8 weeks after treatment were significantly higher than those in group A （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of group A was 88.00%, that of group B was 54.00%, the total effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B （Z=4.21, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Small dose of olanzapine combined with paroxetine in the treatment of senile depression has exact curative effect and reliable safety, which is beneficial for treatment of depression in elderly patients.
