电子支气管镜介入冷冻疗法对晚期中心型肺癌患者的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨电子支气管镜介入冷冻疗法对晚期中心型肺癌患者中的应用效果。方法选取晚期中心型肺癌患者108例。采用随机数表法将108例患者分为观察组和对照组,各54例。观察组患者给予电子支气管镜介入冷冻疗法联合全身化疗,对照组患者给予全身化疗。对比2组患者治疗前、后的动脉血气分析、肺功能和临床疗效。结果治疗后2组患者的肺功能指标、血气分析较治疗前显著改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的肺功能指标、血气分析改善程度优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的总有效率为75.51%,显著优于对照组患者的42.59%,比较两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用电子支气管镜介入冷冻疗法对晚期中心型肺癌患者进行治疗具有较好的临床疗效,能够有效改善患者的肺功能和血气分析,可以在临床上进一步推广和使用。Objective To explore the application of electronic bronchoscope interventional cryotherapy in patients with advanced central lung cancer. Methods 108 cases of advanced central lung cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each with 54 cases. The observation group were given electronic bronchoscopic intervention cryotherapy combined with systemic chemotherapy,the control group received systemic chemotherapy. Arterial blood gas analysis,pulmonary function and clinical efficacy before and after treatment of the 2 groups were compared. Results After treatment,lung function and blood gas analysis significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,pulmonary function and blood gas analysis in the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,total effective rate in the observation group was 75. 51%,which was significantly better than 42. 59% in the control group,the differences between the 2 groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Electronic bronchoscope cryotherapy intervention center for advanced lung cancer patients has good clinical efficacy,it can improve lung function and blood gas analysis,and can further promote the use in clinical practice.
