中小企业国际化绩效与企业家人力资本、社会资本的实证研究

摘　　要：以109家中小企业为研究样本,以企业家因素为核心,基于战略管理理论和系统论,较为全面地探讨了企业家人力资本和社会资本对中小企业国际化的影响。研究表明,企业家人力资本和社会资本均对中小企业国际化产生了显著影响。人力资本中,企业家经验和能力均对国际化有显著的正向影响。社会资本中,国内社会资本与国际化显著负相关,国外社会资本则与国际化显著正相关。企业家能力与国外社会资本的交互作用正向影响中小企业国际化。This paper extracts 109 small and medium-sized enterprises as the research sample and takes entrepreneurs factors as the core, fully discusses the entrepreneur human capital and social capital＇s influence on SMEs internationalization based on the strategic management theory and system theory. The results show that, the entrepreneurs＂ human capital and social capital have both significantly influence the internationalization of SMEs, human capital, entrepreneurs＂ experience and ability have significant positive influence on internationalization; social capital, while domestic social capital and internationalization appear significant negative correlation, foreign social capital and internationalization emerge significant positive correlation; the interaction between entrepreneur ability and foreign social capital positively influences SMEs internationalization.
