摘 要:目的研究在护理实践教学中应用学生标准化病人对护生护患沟通技能的影响。方法在2012级护理学专业中抽取80人随机分为试验组和对照组,分别采用学生标准化病人模拟实践教学方法和临床见习的传统实践教学方法。课程结束后,比较分析两组护生的护患沟通技能考核成绩及护生对教学效果的评价。结果试验组护生护患沟通技能考核成绩显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在实践教学中应用学生标准化病人模拟教学方法有助于提高护生的护患沟通技能,提高教学质量,值得进一步推广。Objective: To study the effects of the application of student standardized patient in practice teach- ing on nursing students' nurse - patient communication skills. Methods : Eighty nursing students in the 2012 grade were selected randomly and divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group and control group were teaching by student standardized patient simulation practice teaching methods and traditional clinical no- vitiate practice teaching methods, respectively. Then the scores of nurse - patient communication skills and the teaching effects between these two groups were compared and analyzed after the courses. Results: The scores of nurse- patient communication skills were significantly higher in the experimental group than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Application of student standardized pa- tient simulation practice teaching method is helpful to improve nursing students' nurse -patient communication skills and teaching quality. It is worthy of further popularization.
