摘　　要：文章首先阐述了实践教学体系的内涵,其次根据民航飞机维修业的特点,说明了飞机维修类专业实践教学体系的构建原则,并通过对民航机务岗位能力的调研分析,以校企合作为平台,以职教理论为指导,构建了实践教学的四级职业能力训练体系;最后总结了该体系实施过程中的改革手段和制度保障,说明了实践教学体系良好的运行成效。This paper expounds the connotation of the practice teaching system, explains the construction principle of the practice teaching system of the specialty of aircraft maintenance according to the characteristics of civil aviation aircraft maintenance industry, and through the investigation and analysis on the post ability of civil aviation maintenance, con- structs the training system of occupation ability of Band Four for practice teaching by the combination of the platform of the school - enterprise cooperation and the guide of the vocational education theory. The reform measures and the system guarantee are summarized, and the good operating results of the practice teaching system is stated.
