试析高职高专学生创新创业开展现状与应对策略

摘　　要：高职高专院校承担着为社会输送人才的重任,新时期对人才的要求越来越高,不仅要求其具备专业知识和高超技能,同时还要具有创新能力、实践能力等综合素质。特别是在当前高校不断扩招的情况下,高职高专院校必须提高学生的竞争力,培养学生的创业能力,在就业方面探索新途径。文章主要从高职高专院校学生的创业意愿、影响学生创业的因素以及高校学生创业能力培养现状等方面进行分析,并提出相应对策措施。Vocational colleges take on the responsibility of providing talents for the society. In the new era, the requirements for talents are becoming higher and higher, not only professional knowledge and perfect skills but also com- prehensive quality of innovation ability and practical ability are needed. Especially in the present situation of the continu- ous expanding enrollment of colleges and universities, vocational colleges must explore new ways of graduates＇ employment to improve students＇ competitiveness and to cultivate their entrepreneurial ability. This paper analyzes mainly the present situation of vocational colleges students＇ entrepreneurial intention, the factors influencing students＇ entrepreneurship and the cultivation of their entrepreneurial ability, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
