养正消积胶囊预防老年Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者急性放射性肺炎的作用

摘　　要：目的观察养正消积胶囊在老年Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌放射性肺炎预防中的作用。方法选择2014年1—5月陕西省肿瘤医院老年Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌放疗患者72例,随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组36例,观察组在放疗基础上口服养正消积胶囊。比较2组患者在疾病控制率、肺癌全身症状改善情况、放射性肺炎发生率、骨髓抑制发生率的差别,使用模型拟合及分层x^2检验比较2组患者放射性肺炎轻重级别的差异。结果观察组有效率、疾病控制率分别为86.11%、94.44%,对照组为83.33%、97.22%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。放射性肺炎发生率及其严重级别:观察组18例(50.00%),其中1级14例,2级3例,3级1例;对照组27例(75.00%),其中1级11例、2级13例、3级3例,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肺癌全身症状改善情况:观察组总有效率为85.56%,高于对照组的58.33%(P<0.05)。骨髓抑制发生率:观察组17例(47.22%)低于对照组26例(72.22%)(P<0.05)。结论养正消积胶囊可有效预防老年Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者放疗巾急性放射性肺炎的发生,降低放射性肺炎严重级别,并能提高肺癌全身症状改善情况,预防放疗所致的骨髓抑制。Objective To observe the effect of Yangzhengxiaoji capsule in treatment of elderly patients with stage Ⅲnon-small cell lung cancer to prevent of radioactive pneumonia.Methods Seventy-two cases of elderly patients with stage Ⅲnon-small cell lung cancer who treated with radiotherapy were randomly assigned to control group and observation group,with 36 cases in each group,observation group based on radiotherapy also take oral Yangzhengxiaoji capsule.Compared two groups of patients＇ disease control rate,lung cancer systemic symptoms improved situation,radioactive pneumonia incidence,bone marrow inhibition rate differences,using model lilting and layered Chi square lest lo compare radioactive pneumonia severity level differences between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the effective rate,disease control rate were 86.11% and 94.44%,control group were 83.33% and 97.22%,the differences were not statistically significant（P〈0.05）,the radioactive pneumonia incidence and severity levels：in the observation group with 18 cases（50.00%）,grade 1of 14 cases,and 3 cases ol grade 2,grade 3 with 1 case,control group with 27 cases（75.00%）,grade 1 in 11 cases,grade2 in 13 cases,grade 3 in 3 cases,differences between the two groups were statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Lung cancer systemic symptoms improvement：in the observation group,the total efficiency was 85.56%,control group was 58.33%,and the difference between the two groups has statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Bone marrow suppression incidence in the observed group（n- 17） was 47.22%,26 cases in the control group（72.22%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion It proved that the Yangzhengxiaoji capsule could effectively prevent the elderly patients wilh stageⅢ non-small cell lung cancer after radiotherapy＇s acute radiation pneumonitis occurrence,reduce the radiation pneumonia severity level,and improve the lung cancer systemic symptoms,prevent of radiotherapy induced hone marrow suppressi
