摘　　要：21世纪之后,高等教育系统内外因素发生变化,国家的战略需求、信息化、学生群体特征等对大学教师发展的目标、手段、方式和内容等产生深刻影响。美国、英国、日本、澳大利亚等先发国家的大学教师发展实践出现一些新的趋势,覆盖教职生涯全程、满足教师多层次需求的大学教师发展体系被逐渐构建起来。Entering the 21 st century,some internal and external factors of higher education system has changed.Such factors as national strategic needs,digital learning,and students＇group characteristics have profound impacts on faculty development goal,means,methods and content.Some new trends of faculty development practice have appeared in America,Britain,Japan,Australia and other developed countries.The faculty development system which could cover the whole career stages and meet multi-level needs has been gradually built up.
