摘　　要：归纳总结马氏芪苓溃疡汤治疗幽门螺旋杆菌所致消化性溃疡等病的临床遣药组方原则及中药组方临床运用,包括以下五点:(1)寒凉性药物的应用及适量热性药物的配伍;(2)注重以辨证为基础的治疗原则;(3)虚实补泻的双向调节;(4)注重活血化瘀药的临床应用;(5)制酸及护黏膜类中药的应用。This article summarized the Ma＇s Qiling Ulcer Decoction clinical application in Helicobacter pylori induced peptic ulcer disease：（ 1） great attention to the compatibility of the cold and cool Chinese herbal medicine;（ 2） the syndrome differentiation based on an overall analysis of the diseases and the patients＇ condition;（ 3） focusing on differentiation of syndromes of two- way adjustment;（ 4） the clinical application of dissipating blood stasis drug;（ 5） relieving hyperacidity and protect mucous membrane Chinese herbal medicine applications.
