摘　　要：脑靶向功能基可促进脂质体跨过血脑屏障,靶向于脑内病变组织,其中以功能基修饰脂质体是一种良好的脑靶向策略,具有潜在的开发和应用价值。功能基修饰的脑靶向脂质体又可分为受体介导、吸附介导及转运体介导等多种类型,进一步双级(双重)脑靶向策略也越来越受到关注。本文归纳总结近年来国内外有关功能基修饰的脑靶向脂质体的报道,综述功能基修饰脑靶向脂质体的最新研究。TThe brain targeting functional group can increase the transport of liposomes across blood brain barrier （BBB） and facilitate their targeting to diseased brain regions. The functional group modification of liposomes is a potential development approach strategy for brain targeting agents. The functional group-modified liposomes for brain targeting can be divided into receptor-mediated, absorption-mediated and transporter-mediated liposomes as well as dual-targeting liposomes. This article summarizes the progressive reports related to the functional group-modified liposomes for brain targeting.
